Don’t Jump! - A Chaotic Futuristic Platformer

Every jump breaks reality. Literally.

Don’t Jump! is a fast, futuristic 2D platformer where the simple act of pressing the jump button can shatter the laws of physics. Each leap triggers a random glitch in the world — inverted colors, low gravity, flipped controls, upside‑down levels, and more. The only thing you can rely on is that you definitely can’t rely on anything.

Navigate neon platforms, dodge hazards, and try to stay oriented as the world twists itself into knots around you. Every level teaches you a new way the universe can betray you, and every jump is a gamble.

Features

  • âš¡ Random physics glitches every jump — gravity breaks, colors invert, controls flip, the world rotates, and chaos ensues
  • 🎮 Simple controls, unpredictable results
    • W / D – Move
    • Space – Jump (if you dare)
    • Shift – Run
  • 🌌 Futuristic aesthetic with glitchy effects
  • 🌀 Levels designed around controlled chaos
  • 💀 One wrong jump can end everything

If you think you can handle a platformer where the rules change every time you leave the ground… go ahead.

Jump. I dare you.

Fun concept, but confusing as all hell,  i tought it would be space to invert gravity as it was the first thing that happend, but after that I just quit, the AD got reversed, and I couldn't grasp the objective...

Thanks for playing, I can definitely see how confusing it can be.  A better objective description would help.

i really like the concept, even though its really confusing for me the game is way too difficult, i can never see where im suppost to go and the orbs come out of nowhere and instently kill me (T~T) I feel like a larger fov would be really helpful

Thank you for playing, I also agree that the FOV increase will help, I think during development it was more zoomed out, so it was much easier to play vs build. :)

that makes sense, i also keep having problems with the aspect ratio when building 😅

What a very cool concept.

Thank you

Very interesting game (though i think at times the L/R controls are reversed?). The music is also good!

Thank you!
